Our products are shipped from our international fulfillment center located in China. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent return and refund process for our customers.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all included components (battery box, remote, decorations, etc.)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we may not accept returns for:

  • Heavily used or intentionally damaged items
  • Items returned without key components (battery box, remote, decorations, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)

🔄 Return Process

Step 1: Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery

  • Include: Order number, product details, and the reason for return

Step 2: Receive return authorization and instructions

Our products are fulfilled and shipped from our international logistics facility in China.

  • If the return is due to a quality issue, damage in transit, or an error on our side, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution (including replacement, refund, or return instructions when appropriate).
  • For other reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • After reviewing your request, our support team will provide the correct return address and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package items securely and ship within 7 days of authorization

  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Deductions: Return shipping costs may be deducted for non-defective returns (if applicable)
  • Store Credit Option: If offered, we may provide store credit as an alternative solution (details will be confirmed by support during your request)

If you need a different style or received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us. Exchanges may be available within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
