Shipping & Delivery

Jcfyoo ships from the USA to customers across the United States.

• Shipping Rates
  Flat rate shipping is $5.99 for all US orders.
• Free Shipping
  We offer free shipping on US orders over $50.
• Processing Time
  Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time
  Standard delivery typically takes 5–13 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.
• Order Tracking
  Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

If your tracking link is not updating for several days, or your package seems to be delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Jcfyoo lights. If there is a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to help.

• Return Window
  We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most unused items in their original condition and packaging.
• Return Conditions
  Items must be:
  • Unused and unmodified
  • In original packaging with all accessories (battery box, remote, decorations, etc.)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Non-Returnable
  For safety and quality reasons, items that are heavily used, damaged by incorrect use or returned without key components may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Return Shipping
  If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our side, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution. For other reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
• How to Request a Return
  Please contact us at support@jcfyoo.com with your order number, photos of the product (if there is an issue) and a short description of your request.

Product Care & Safety

Jcfyoo lights are designed to be easy to use, but please follow these basic care and safety tips:

• Batteries
  Use 3×AA batteries as indicated on the product. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries in the same battery box.
• Water Resistance
  The copper wire and LEDs are water-resistant and can handle light rain or splashes. Only designs with a waterproof battery box are suitable for damp or covered outdoor use. Do not fully submerge any part of the lights in water for long periods.
• Indoor vs. Outdoor Use
  Check the product description for whether the battery box is waterproof. Keep non-waterproof battery boxes and USB connectors away from direct water and long-term moisture.
• Heat & Fire Safety
  Do not cover the battery box with blankets, pillows or other materials while in use. Turn off the lights when not needed for extended periods.
• Children & Pets
  Keep small parts, including battery covers and remote controls, away from very young children and pets. Do not allow children to handle batteries without adult supervision.
