How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days via global tracked shipping. Every order includes a tracking number sent by email.

Is shipping free?

Yes — all orders over $50 ship free worldwide. Orders under $50 have a flat international shipping fee of $5.99.

How do I track my order?

Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number, then visit our order tracking page and enter the number to see your delivery status.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@jcfyoo.com to start a return.

What if my lights arrive damaged?

Contact us at support@jcfyoo.com within 30 days with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.

Power & Batteries

Are batteries included with the string lights?

No — batteries are not included. Battery versions require 3×AA batteries (standard alkaline AA recommended). USB versions plug directly into any phone charger, laptop, or power bank — no batteries needed.

What is the difference between battery and USB string lights?

Battery string lights (3×AA) are fully wireless — place them anywhere with no cord. USB string lights plug into any charger or power bank for unlimited runtime without replacing batteries.

How long do the batteries last?

Standard alkaline AA batteries provide approximately 6–8 hours of runtime on steady mode. Using the timer function (available on remote versions) can extend battery life significantly.

Safety & Use

Are Jcfyoo string lights safe for kids' rooms and nurseries?

Yes. All Jcfyoo lights run at 4.5V DC low voltage — LEDs and copper wire stay completely cool to the touch during normal use. Keep battery boxes and remotes out of reach of young children.

Can I use these lights outdoors?

Standard battery and USB versions are designed for indoor decorative use. For covered outdoor areas (porches, patios), select designs with a waterproof battery box option. Do not expose standard versions to rain or direct moisture.

Can I leave the lights on overnight?

LEDs stay cool and are safe for extended use. We recommend using the timer function (available on remote versions) to automatically turn off the lights after a set period, which also extends battery life.

How do I hang fairy lights without damaging walls?

Do the ornaments look good when the lights are off?

Yes — every Jcfyoo design is crafted to be decorative in daylight and cozy at night. The themed ornaments (animals, florals, ocean creatures, holiday characters) look adorable on shelves and headboards even when unplugged.
